Why would he want to leave? He has produced back-to-back Heisman Trophy winners (soon to be three in a row), has one of the easiest paths to the playoffs and Oklahoma will pay him what it takes to keep him in Norman.

Other than retirement, I can't remember the last time an OU coach left by their own choosing.
