Ok...who thinks this team is actually

Can you show me an example that demonstrates he knows what the heck he is doing?
He took over a roster that lost every SEC game last year and won two this year. He took over a roster that is the weakest team in the SEC and beat two ranked teams. I said in another post remember we lost to Georgia 41-0 last year at home and went 4 games without scoring an offensive TD. This is basically the same roster as last year. Bottom line, in my opinion, we have the least amount of talent besides maybe Arkansas in the conference. The entire defense is slow. The o line is weak and small. The receivers as a unit can’t stretch the field and very rarely make the difficult catch. I’m as disappointed as you are but we are not as talented as most of the teams we played this year. Watch the draft this spring. Vandy will have twice as many players drafted, especially if a couple of their guys come out early.

Teach basic tackling? So wait a minute, is our team full of guys that have never played football? Because people have said time and time again that this team has 4 and 5* players everywhere. The tackling has been an issue for years. It was an issue last year. So tackling is a basic technique that is taught at every pee wee, middle and high school football program in the country. If you are a college football player, how is it that you sont know how to tackle properly? Thats not on our coaches.[/QUOTE

You are wrong!! It is their job.

Exactly... I mean come on!!! Last game of the season after having an off season with these guys and still no mild progress? Jesus I wish some of you guys were my boss in real life! I wouldn’t even have to ****ing show up to work and you guys would just make excuses for me.
No mild progress? We went 0-8 last year in the SEC, played 4 games without scoring an offensive TD. We beat two ranked conference opponents this year. And we basically have the same roster that’s slow at every position on defense. And with the smallest and weakest o line in the history of the Tennessee program. People forget how awful we were last year. And this is the same roster. It’s not what I wanted but I did see progress this year.

The finish is what has everyone upset. Same blowout loss to Missouri and followed by a Vandy loss that is the worst in over 60 years. To the amateur fan that does not appear to be progress.
The end of last season was thought to be the worst bottoming out of the program, but we found a lower bottom.
This had the eerie feeling of Dooley’s 10-7 loss to Kentucky that was too bad to tolerate retaining the coach. Record setting losses just do not equate to progress.

This is all on Fulmer...He hand picked this guy to be his clone and run his style of football and it failed horribly...We could've had Mike Leach but no he went out and got some guy who has never been a head coach before and threw him into the fire known as UT football in the SEC...I really don't know what to think anymore...He made some really mind boggling decisions this season...Fulmer isn't known for hand picking coaches if you guys will remember...Most of his success came with Cutcliffe by his side...What does that tell you?

The same Mike Leach who cost WSU over a million dollars in donations with a stupid tweet. And the same Mike Leach who the UW defensive coordinator said he hopes stays at WSU a long time because he never adjusts his schemes, that makes his job really easy every year to defend CML offense and win the apple cup.

Better coached this year than last? I don’t care about the records, but this is garbage football 100%. There is zero scheming going on, on our side of the call. Helton and Sherrer are pure garbage and I honestly am done with them both.

And don’t even get me started on how terrible JG is. That kid wouldn’t start for a single other SEC team.
Of course they are better coached. They won two top 25 SEC teams with a roster that went a month without scoring an offensive td last year.

Yeah the same Mike Leach who took TWO schools with zero football tradition and made them winners...Yeah that guy.

He is a big problem. Way overrated
Overrated??? What does thay even mean now? I dont think anybody is saying he could start at any elite program.

The man has spent the majority of the year either running for his life or looking up at the sky. Who knows what he could do if he had any time to make a decision?

That tweet that cost over one million dollars is fake news. Some liberal folks emailed that they were planning to name Washington State in their wills, but would not due to the tweet. So we are supposed to believe these pretend donors are so hyper-sensitive that their mind was changed over a coach re-tweeting? I do not believe there was any lost donations, but I do believe Leach has made WSU several million dollars in increased attendance, TV revenue and bowl money.

It's really profound for some of you to predict the season after the fact and to state I told you so.

Also, to analyze the season as if you knew what to expect after the season.

Before the season we knew the following: State of Strength and Conditioning, State of LOS both sides, not recruiting to needs of team but to a Show and Tell mentality. That the culture under Jones was extremely mismanaged.

Now we know how broke we are and chose to blame it forward....This is Volnation Mentality with trolls thrown in, complainers and BS stirrers in the mix.

I want someone that's complaining about coaching to tell me what would you call. On offense what throw more? They can't pass protect. Run more they can't run block. More play action qb gets hit. More what wr can't run crisp patterns to get open because they are slow and dont get separation. All they really do well is jump balls. So please all you coaches tell me what in the hell is the staff supposed to do. Because honestly I don't have a clue.

I think throughout the course of the year we have seen many plays that were successful but it seems the more successful the play the less likely you are to see it again. Chandler disappeared from our passing game after showing great success earlier this year. He was Kamara like catching the ball in open spaces ACROSS the line of scrimmage. Nobody could guard him on a wheel route and I think he caught everything threw to him. Where did this go in the last 3 games ? That's play calling. You have a strength use it. They also have a issue in that Chandler was their best receiving running back but they wouldn't throw it to him but would send Jordan or some other back out of the backfield and not have the same effectiveness.

Don't think coach has any idea either
