Ok I know I mentioned his name earlier... but after hearing Chris Mortenson confirm that tennessee officials had contacted Lovie Smith I'm starting to believe we might have a chance at him. Just think... say the Bears continue to stumble throughout the rest of the season you know bear fans are going to start rumbling about how the team is underachieving.... and we all know that the bears have disrespected L. Smith in the past concerning his contract and raises.... He'd make considerably more if he came to Tennessee. What is everyone's opinion on this?

He is making 5 million at Chicago

Any coach who thought Wueffrel was his QB and it took 3 years and everyone saying the guy can't be a starter before Lovie did anything about it has no business coaching the Vols. Our current coach thinks Crompton is the best on the hill...can you say deja-vu?

Lol, and my reasoning for putting 3 NFL coaches at the top is because I think we should be going for the very best 3 first... and I honestly think those are the 3 best thus far that has been surfaced.

Has anyone heard about Tennessee considering the Titan's Def. Coach as a possible candidate?
