the officials could at least read the rule book about fair catches.... they originally placed a kickoff out where the receiver caught it and stepped out, but then after the spot said by rule the ball would be placed at the 25 due to a fair catch being called.... go watch the replay and apply this rule and tell me what you got...

Valid Signal ARTICLE 2. A valid signal is a signal given by a player of Team B who has obviously signaled his intention by extending one hand only clearly above his head and waving that hand from side to side of his body more than once.
