Ok I know it’s been beat to death... but what is ESPN’s beef with us?

The reason espn hyped woodson was because abc had the rose bowl. They hyped woodson to get viewers. If tennessee plays an abc bowl game that year, peyton wins. It was all about advertising.

I recall Jason Whitlock was on the Sports Reporters the morning after (or the next weekend) the Heisman announcement and he said something to the effect of, "There was no way the Heisman was going to another white QB from the same conference as last year's winner." I know that wasn't the exact quote but it was something similar.

That makes no sense considering the number Heisman winners since then from USC and OU...some in back to back seasons.

Espn has a bunch NE snobs that control production. Theybe become to politicized because the guys they hype have become big SJW. So they joined them.

Right, they are a buncha yankees that pull for schools like syracuse, michigan, and ohio state, and are still butt-hurt over losses to us in big games.

But they love Bama, Clemson, LSU, OU, etc....seems about right.

ESPN doesn't hate anyone.. They follow the teams on top. UT has been irrelevant for most of this century. Win and the networks love you.
