If you answered yes to all (or at least half) of the above, this might be the league for you. Currently taking in applications (resumes and cover letters are not necessary, but still encouraged) for anybody interested in joining/making a Vol Nation Keeper league this year.

This is a league in which I would like owners to be/remain competitive all year, be up for participating/returning next year (and hopefully more after that), as well as be very( or at least somewhat) active (no "ballervols" here boys). On regards to what site we use, what format/type we use, # of teams, # of positions, money or no money, draft etc is on the floor and open to discussion before we finalize, so if you are at least a little interested yet still unsure, I encourage yall to come on in, grab yourselves a drink, plop by the warm fire, and make yourselves at home.

Gents, here's to looking forward to another year of football (both real and fantasy)!!

For those needing a reminder on keeper rules and guidelines...

-There will be a 1 round draft penalty for each player kept, every year.

- EXCEPTION: If player drafted in Round 1 is kept, there will be no penalty, they will just account for your 1st round pick. If both 1st round and 2nd round are kept, they will account for 1st and 2nd round, and so on and so forth.

-Players that were picked up in FA are eligible to keep.

- EXCEPTION: You cannot keep a player you previously dropped and picked up. For example, if someone dropped Adrian Peterson, but later the same person picked him up off of FA/Waivers, said person cannot keep AP.

-EXCEPTION- You may keep no more than 1 FA.

FA's kept, will account for the 10th pick in the draft.

- Players will have "contracts" up to 3 years. After 3 straight years of being kept on a team, they will lose Keeper status for said team and be put back into the draft. (AKA, anyone yall have had since the first season, this is your last season to hold onto them)

-Keepers are completely optional.

Draft Order should look like this

1st-Roger Goodell
2nd-Tuskers
3rd-Whoever takes place of Jimmy's team
4th-Free VSF
5th- The Rafi Bombs
6th- The Fighting Jacks
7th- Third Reich Bakers
8th- The Fornettecators
9th- Firestorm's Demon
10th- MSUDuo
11th- Carl's Rape Van (or whoever takes Jerry's spot)
12th- Hasenfus Ltd.
and then in reverse the 2nd round and so on and so forth

Question about keepers. This would be my 3rd year keeping Melvin Gordon if i keep him, what if i drop him and draft him again, could i keep him 3 more years?

Not that i know of, maybe he's got it in commissioner tools or something.

But I think this is our 4th year so if youve kept anybody from the beginning this will be the last year.
