I'm sure this has been posted already, but...

My daughter's family in Eugene are starting in on me already. They pick the Ducks, 50-3. They even put my grandson, see avatar, in a duck shirt. :eek:hmy:

Yeah they have to look at it that way when no one in their conference has won a NC since 04

you tend to get a little praise when your conference has won the last 4 national titles and more titles in the BCS era than any other conference. Not that the vols have done much of late to contribute to those numbers...but there's a reason the SEC gets attention.

Obviously all that goes out the window tonight...looking forward to a big game. Go Vols!!

Thank you. I do have Duck attire here. Sent to me when the game was announced years ago. I am hoping for a competitive game, and i can handle the kids banter. They mentioned the return game may be scrubbed because the new Pac 12 will have to redo their games? Have you heard anything about that?

gosh, i couldn't imagine scrubbing a game of that stature.

we did buy out the return trip to new mexico to make room for LSU, i could see buying out a patsy to make sure the Vols come to Autzen.

Well, i am told with the realignment in the PAC 12, you guy's have to modify the schedule. They made it sound like a done deal. Oregon - UT is still a better national game than Oregon - Colorado.

indeed, if dooley and wilcox get a good couple years of recruiting in Vols should be back on top by then,
i couldn't imagine our AD scrapping this game.
i think if any adjustment needs to made that the road game at Nevada the week before gets moved/bought out.

I too am looking at weather.com. the radar shows a line heading east. two cells combined but in the next 20 minutes we should know if it gets stronger or splits.
