I agree, Gruden is the #1 choice but Leach is right behind him on my list...Can't go wrong with either one

My dad just brought up a name that I think would be a G-R-E-A-T hire. Brian Billick. He won a super bowl, coached in the pros(obviously), and is an offensive minded coach. All of the ingredients for a good coach ot the college level. What does everyone else think?

No....he's not. He built the Ravens DEFENSE into what it has been in the 00's. He is criticized for how bad offensively he is. That is why he is looking for a job right now.

Yeah, that is exactly why he's had such huge success as an offensive coordinator in the NFL.

Gruden has not mentioned the Tennessee job, neither has Kiffin. Butch Davis is the only one stating he is "happy." History has shown us I mean Saban has shown us that those who talk about not leaving usually leave.

yep. I hope we get butch, but idk if we would come. I can easily see him saying he wont come. and on the other hand I can see him doing back flips to get here. idk on this one. ill throw this out there. Its been reported that BD is our top target. Lets assume he is. So what is the chance we get him? I say 60% chance we get him
