Well it's that time of year again. The time when we start hearing about the next Madden & NCAA football games & to start us off here is the latest info.

From designer Adam Thompson:
"Our pre-release info plan is being put together. We are going to be taking the same approach as Madden by announcing something each week, as opposed to announcing everything all at once like on NCAA Football 09.

Officially it starts today and it is... drumroll... Procedural Awareness. Both games share the engineering team that implemented this."

'Procedural Awareness' You may have heard about it being in Madden 2010 & it has now been confirmed for NCAA 2010.
No more blind interceptions by corners or safties.:good!:

I'd say Beanie... The only reason I say that is because the 2011 is definitely a Gator on the cover.

It seems kind of silly, but they need to put each teams individual endzone into the bowl game sites. It's dumb to go to a BCS bowl and all you get is a plain grass endzone with a BCS logo in it. They had team endzones on PS2 way back on the '02 and '03 versions, surely they can get it in the current 360 and PS3 versions somehow.

If disc space is an issue then PLEASE kick out the Mascot and Mini Games! They are pointless! The game evolves around Dynasty and more so Online Dynasty now.

yeah, thats always bugged me as well. i don't know why they can't do something about it

Hopefully man to man coverage is fixed, and the speed differential is shrunk down to a more reasonable amount.

Also, I hope the speed of athletes in the recruiting pool is brought down to normal amounts. Way too many guys that can run a 4.2 or faster.

in all seriousness, though, i think the commentary has been the same on that game for what seems like 5 years now. its in serious need of an update

one of the things that has been bothering me for years now is the lack of content in the pre-game presentation. it can't be that hard to show the players warming up, or at least something. they even had this in ncaa '02 i think. they don't even have the pre-game picks in the game anymore. at least have some kind of build up.

Have you played Madden 09? I was very impressed with the presentation thoughout the whole game. It was really refreshing.

Coach Ratings for Dynasty - Not every coach is the same, and adding coach ratings could give teams with a good coach advantages.

Single Wing Formation - It's an offense I've fallen in love with, and would probably satisfy no one but me.

Build your own stadium - I am really tired of seeing my FIU team win 3 national championships, and not having more than 25,000 in attendance.

Salaries - While, of course, they wouldn't be real, it could be used to buy coach rating points, or certian unlockables(historic teams, unlockable stadiums)

I strongly agree with stadium upgrades. That would be nice. i remember that in past games you could at least create your own school and team, and make a stadium.

Ah, the days of my New Jersey State Technical A & M College of Higher Learning Fighting Purple Octopi. Go Octopi! GOctopi!

The giant purple Octopus logo on the 50 was awesome.

i've always wished they would put in an option to allow you to customize your teams uniforms in some way.

I would also like for offensive and defensive coordinators to be in the game. This way whatever OC or DC you hired would determine what scheme you would have.

Things i would like is the ability to watch 2 friends play online game in online dynasty mode. I know there is a bandwith issue there but come on how hard is that.

I want to be able to advance a season without losing players that i talked into staying. We take it offline which kills our Coach presitgue because we have to re invite everyone back in each year.

If your the commish your player dont progress during the season which sucks.

I would like to incorporate Rivals our Scout in the recruiting section. With top 20 guys who dont sign during season and wait till after season would be nice to see them sitting at a table with 3 hats and choose the school there going to. I know this might take up a little space but would be nice. This was partially smoke idea and beleive it or not it was a good one.

Speed kills way to much in this game. I bring in freshman with 96 speed but 74 overall player and he is a heisman canidate first year they really need to tweak this somehow.

Jacoby Ford rule, if you want to play a wr a qb make his passing horrible with Jacoby i could throw 45 yard darts on the money that shouldnt happen.

For the first time in many years, I am debating buying this game until I see if it is worth the hype. For the most part, it has been the same game for several years with updated rosters. Unless they do something big, I don't see me wasting 60 bucks on this one. I might gamefly it if I can get it.
