I’m not sure if he has or not, but he’s still not healthy yet from his injury. Tuchel at Chelsea says Pulisic is close to returning but he’s had setbacks since the injury. So him coming back and less than a month later getting released back to international duty is a stretch. Chelsea may not want him to.
