I agree! He and Cutcliffe may be the best two options left that would take the job. They both know how to coach.

He’s trolling Tennessee on Twitter as we speak. Too immature to be a head coach. Has failed everywhere as the top guy. Great OC but you can’t trust him as a Head Coach. Bring in a guy like Cutcliffe with Tee Martin as OC/ coach in waiting.

Absolutely, 5 year with 30 million buyout if he leaves and low buyout if we fired but pay him enough to get him here. Now. He can coach and recruit and would win with a good staff.

He is staying in the media, it's what he does. He knows we are passionate but will react to winning.

I think Kiffin would take the job if offered. He knows he left UT high and dry and I think he would do it to make nice and a chance to battle Satan, oh, I mean Saban. IMO

I believe that as well, to play Bama every year and a chance at Saban. He has the kinda attitude we need. So he is a little immature that does not mean he can't coach. He could at the very least getting us going in the right direction and I think he wants to do the right thing with UT and finish what he started. I say lets do it #LaneTrain.....GBO

I'm not certain that even Lane would be willing to step into this **** show.

Agree with you.

But we need to go for him. He is the only one of the realistic options that I get excited about. Since it’s obvious Peterson and Patterson ain’t happening we need to roll up the Brinks truck and get Lanes ass back to Knoxville.

I want Kiffin!! To be the next coach, that is. Mr. Currie, write a big penalty in his contract for early exit, recruiting violations, and failure to meet APR requirements--then, get him in there.

That will fix the little Schiano fiasco right away. He was pretty high on my list all along. I like his swagger.

Agreed.

UT football would be entertaining again.

Let me explain why the Kiffin thing won't work..........because we don't have good decision makers at UT. Kiffin is the only hire folks can get excited about.
