Can you get Pantone 151 or you have to mix it yourself. Looks accurate.

Any of you guys have a "ham" radio license? I've decided I needed another hobby so I bought a hand held radio and a couple of study guides to get a technician and a general license. So far I can pass 80% of the technician license practice tests with just common sense and my electrical background.
