Also, this is not a rural address or confusing destination. Its an apartment complex. FedEx comes here every single day as well as UPS and USPS. That is why i was able to go to the office and watch camera footage of both the entrance to the complex amd my front door starting at 8AM. A half hour before this idiot said he delivered it. No FedEx truck has come to this property today.

What floor are you on? If stairs are involved they tend to get lazy.
