Great season (actually 2 great seasons under Pearl).

It's nice to be enthused about UT B-ball again.

Congratulations to the Vols on a very successful season. With Pearl at the helm, and Lofton coming back, you will have a very, very good season next year.

Your future next year is bright, much brighter than the team that I root for!

Face it we were young and we got the team coming back next year. Learn from your mistakes and make the best of it. It is life! Hate it for D. Bradshaw. I know how bad he wanted it. Some of the Threads make me sick. We all hate to loose a 20 point Lead. Sometimes you have to fail before you succeed. This is a new area for UT Fans. We have never been this competitive at this level of the tournament.

Things will come together with time. Remember this is CBP 2nd year. The program is still on the upswing and will get better each passing year. I cannot understand why there are so many complaints. We had a great year with no expectation of making the Sweet 16.

We did and will learn and grow from it. The looks on our guys faces tonight says it all. They will be back!

Agreed, I think the season exceeded everyone's expectations going into the year. The loss last night is heartbreaking, but we can build on it.

we are young but the key is lofton coming back. haven't heard anything about him leaving for the NBA and i hope he doesn't. none of the other players are ready but i do think chris could play now in the NBA today.

Agreed. Never been more proud of a Tennessee team in the 26 years I've been following UT sports. Love these guys, and can't wait for next year to begin!

Just to whet our appetites for 2007-08.

Starting lineup:

Sr. Chris Lofton
Sr. JuJuan Smith
So. Ramar Smith
So. Wayne Chism
So. Duke Crews

Coming off the bench:

So. Josh Tabb
So. JP Prince
Sr. Jordan Howell
Jr. Ryan Childress (though I think he could earn a starting position)
Fr. Cameron Tatum

And the newest member of the team: a renovated Thompson-Boling Arena that will be rocking.

VolNation, this is our team. Get over this loss and start getting pumped for next year.

i never thought i'd say this, but i no longer look forward to UT football after UT basketball. With Fulmer and the crap he puts on the field, thats what makes this loss so much harder is now that the season is over, football is what we got and to me, that is no longer something to look forward to. I simply can't wait for next season, this team is so much fun to follow and hopefully next year a final four will be in order.
