Good morning everyone. Boy, do have a tough one tonight down in Oxford. This is one of two arenas in the SEC Pearl has yet to win in, and Kennedy has his team playing very well even though they are short handed. Our depth may be the advantage we need to pull out a win on the road. This is an extremely important week for this team. With Kentucky losing last night, the Vols and Gamecocks are tied for the lead in the SEC East. Prediction, Vols win close 74-70. What are your thoughts?

Yep..we have to take advantage of the KY lose and the Fla lose to Ga. Ole Miss is a tough team at home so we need to play one of our best games to do it. A South Carolina lose to Miss State would be nice as well. Go Vols!

This is defenitely a huge game. We have not had a 3 game winning streak since very early in the year. This is not only an important game for SEC standings, but also to see if this team can stay focused and put together a few wins in a row. This will show just how much this team has matured and see if the young guys are finally getting the importance of these games. Hopefully we will see the same kind of defensive intensity from the vols tonight as we did in the 2 games last week.

A win tonight gives us some needed confidence heading into Lexington. We should win this game, but then again, we should have trounced Auburn as well.

This is far and away the most important game of the season. You always want to win before you go to Rupp.

Johnson City people, what channel is the game on? I have Charter, the utsports site says WCYB but it has Knight Rider on at 8.

Charters guide is usually not always up to date. Even though it says that I would bet it is still going to be on that channel. I know one time this year they said it was hockey on the guide but it was the TN game that wound up coming on that channel instead.

Anyone going to the game? Im heading down after work. Anyone know a good place to grab something to eat??

Someone here at work told me about a AJ's or something.

See the thread pinned at the top of the basketball forum. It has Raycom affiliate info and websites where the game may be available online.

I'm in Greeneville working, the Raycom affiliate list says sport south. Is that fox sports Tenn? The guide says that is going to be the Preds game. Anyone have any insight. If I can't watch the game in TN but, can in Jax FL...wow AB's getting angry.

Yes, I have that up now. It shows Tri Cities TN sport south but, here in the cable guide I can only find Fox Sports Tenn.

If so, you might just be out of luck my friend.
I suggest a sports bar, and a very ORANGE tennessee shirt.

EDIT:

South Cackalaka does have a game. I'd say find the address to a sports bar, then wait and see if you can get the game on FSn south. If not, grab your keys and go!
