With the exception of depth in pitching, talent is not the biggest issue. Handling the pressure of late innings is the biggest problem.

I really thought they would make the SEC tourney this year, but that is beginning to look unlikely now, very disappointing. The team is very young, and I think Serrano needs another year, but they haven't learned how to win yet. He needs to get them turned around.

We have 13 games to play and we need to gain one game on either of two teams to get in. Granted, Auburn has a tie breaker on us, but it's way too early to write off Hoover.

Relax guys, we win tomorrow and take 2 of 3 next week and we are fine. This conference is so jumbled right now we still have a legit shot at 2nd in the east. All it takes is a couple of hot weekends.

Baseball is a hot and cold sport but some on here fail to understand that Tennessee could still find themselves in hoover just gotta grind it out

Definitely not out of the question. Afterall, it's not like it's some Herculean task. 12 of the 14 teams get in. However, they will have to start winning some series quickly.

It's too early to say we're not going to Hoover. However, we really need to find a way to win today, and we really need to win next week's series.

Its the final countdown.

Vols need to get in a groove.
Go vols, win today vs the damn tide and continue to win showing the baseball world the great start and vandy series was not fools gold.

They grew up in the vandy series, and Im still optimistic theyll continue to grow when needed the most.
Go big orange vols put together a great win streak turnaround that I, you all of ut vols baseball fans and college baseball fans will remember forever.
