Offensive line sux

You would think with all the supposed talent on this line we would be able to man handle S Ala. Msn our team looks really slow on both sides of the ball. Man they need to pick it up

It is then offense, not the line. It is easy to stop the run when the QB never carries it in the zone read

The box gets stacked since we don't throw well + we don't have an elite RB= making an Offensive line look worse than they actually are

Who told these guys they were good?????????????

These guys are talented. They're playing hard. No one has EVER said that they weren't coachable.

From there... you figure it out.

But the O does have 338 first half yds, no sacks, 8.5 yds per rush... so I'm not sure exactly how this game is making your case for you.

I've been saying this for almost 9 months. These guys were considered preseason "elite" for some very simple reasons.

1) low number of sacks in 2012- this isn't because they can pass block, it's because Bray was playing scared of getting injured again and threw it away the second he thought he saw trouble

2) they're all upperclassmen with many starts under their belts, together.

Nothing about the above info tells me they're "elite" but I promise you that was the criteria

All the defenses we play will play man and 6 in the box. No one respects are receivers or qb. So get used to it. Open up the passing game the running will follow.
