Offense?

I know we're all worried about Tennessee's offense looking as bad as it did this year.. what are your thoughts on potential offensive coordinators? Our defense is going to be solid.

None. LK is our OC. He will be calling his own plays. He runs the offense and dad has complete control of the offense.

I meant dad has complete control of the defense! Way to much jager to type much less think straight.:dance2:

There is a potential coaching staff list posted. Kiffin is likely going to call the plays. If he does hire a OC it will be one he trusts.

Lane will be offensive coordinator and call his own plays. With the defensive staff coming in and their experience, he can concentrate solely on offense and administrative duties. He will fill out the offensive staff with recruiters and teachers. I think 2 out of the 4 current coaches from the old staff will be retained.

Unfortunately with the dead period starting recruiting will be slow for a while. We should start hearing more official news about the new staff and who will be retained during this time.

i hate waiting but our staff is going to be a definite upgrade. The bigger salary margin given to kiffin makes me wonder if that would have made a difference with fulmer...?

I think it might have made some difference. However I dont think Fulmer would have made all the changes Kiffin has.
