Alabama has surpassed Tennessee in talent, it is just young.
Georgia has more talent than Tennessee.
LSU has more talent than Tennessee.
Bama on offense has advantage at: WR, OL. Even otherwise.
Bama defense: advantages LB
The DL- slight advantage to Bama. Cody is the only big difference but we have a pretty good DT ourselves. DEs will be an advantage for us.
Secondary- if all of our players are eligible then we have an advantage here.
STs- Bama here but it's a wildcard for us we will see freshmen make their biggest contributions here. In coverage and return units.
The other two do have an advantage was thinking more about our two most hated rivals.

What do YOU know about Monte's knowledge of different schemes????? Tell me that.
We all saw how terrible the QB play was. Bama has an advantage by default.
Cody and Chapman combined are better than the one good DT Tennessee has. Dan Williams is a pretty good player but he's not a game changer like Cody.
Tennessee has a mediocre punter and placekicker. The coverage units have been awful.
Javier Arenas is one of the best return men in the country.
True that freshmen might make a difference and I expect special teams to be improved but until we see it on the field, Bama has an advantage there too.
Did you fully read my post groves? First off I gave them the special teams advantage. We will be better thanks to better coaching and more speed on STs. At QB we are even. They have no experience. We have at the lest some real experience under fire. Plus don't grade our QBs based on the system they played in last year. No QB can suceed in a system where he doesn't know where the WR will be. It's just not possible. Also I didn't put Williams above Cody but I did say he's a good player. And he played just as good as Cody head to head. Bama had a hard time running the ball until they illegally chopped him down in the 3rd quarter.
