Offense or Defense

Do you think we should concentrate on putting points on the scoreboard or having a good defense to prevent points? I don't see us having the luxury of both especially towards the end of the season.

They probably should be concentrating on doing both. But that's just my opinion.:blink:

I'm pretty sure that we have seperate players and coaches for each side and we don't get to choose which one if either will be successful.

Both have strengths and both have flaws right now. Not many teams can say they don't have problems right now, though.

I'm just thinking back to the old CDC days with Manning. We were outscoring the opponents pretty much and our D wasn't dominant every game.

That doesn't mean they should concentrate more on O than D or vice versa. If they did that than we would get blown off the field.

In a way, yes. There were some games last season where our D got worn out down the stretch, but the O couldn't put up enough points to keep us within reach.

We should be much better at running the ball which will give our defense more rest. This, in turn, should make our defense better.
