Since it's the off season, and we have had threads on alumni that are in coaching, and those that have potential to return home, thought this would be a fun exercise.

So, with out regards to NCAA staff number limitations, etc, build your Dream Staff. Once caveat, Has to be alumni, actually played here for a season.

Here's mine to start it off:

Athletic Director - Reggie McKenzie

Head Coach - John Chavis

Offensive Coordinator - Jim Bob Cooter
Offensive Line - Anthony Parker
Wide Receiver - Jeremaine Copeland
Running Backs - Jay Graham
Quarterbacks - Bo Hardegree

Defensive Coordinator - Kacy Rodgers
Defensive Line / Co-Special Teams - Andre Creamer
Linebackers - Dale Jones
Defensive Backs - Terry Fair

Kicking Coach / Co-Special Teams - James Wilhoit

Strength and Conditioning - Tom Myslinski

This may open up a can of worms but Fulmer over Chavis every day of the week as HC.

If there's no regard to staff numbers, Al Wilson is coaching LBs, Peyton Manning is coaching QBs and Jason Witten is coaching TEs...

Where is Tee Martin?

He can be on your list. I personally prefer the offensive package Jim Bob put together for Detroit to what I have seen at USC from Tee so far. Plus, I don't think Tee will ever move off the west coast because of his wife.

But please, put together a list and post it, would love to see it (seriously).

I'll take Bobby Dodd and George Cafego (since someone already has the Minister of Defence on the list).

Why would we let reality stop us from compiling our list? Martin is more likely to be OC than Chavis a HC.

Chief has never wanted a HC job. Move him to DC, and bring in Tee as HC. Otherwise, only question I might ask is who gave Creamer DL coaching experience?

Seem to recall that Andre Creamer was an assistant at TSU here in Nashville. OK...on with the show. :clapping:
