Obama to sanction Russia for hacking

These sanctions will come without a single shred of evidence from the 15 or so intelligence agencies(?) that work for the US government...

It's a bizzaro world that some of you are living in to ignore reality because it might throw shade on Donny.

I would like to know some details, sorry but Obama is basically saying "trust us" and that ship has sailed.

Details? Your demand is intelligence details from the CIA? Good luck.

On the other hand, the guy people just voted into office never put a detail on the table for any platform and who finished every outlandish remark with "...believe me."

LOL

You're damn right I want details, **** the CIA, their integrity has been compromised.

And in the absence of reason always go with the "yeah but Trump".

Tariffs will harm everyone. Especially business owners

I will survive.

I'll worry about it when he starts placing tariffs on commodities and goods. Until then I have enough BS to keep dealing with for a full time job.

So you want details from a POTUS who you don't trust from an agency you don't trust so you can... ultimately.... feel better about your (non influenced) choice for president who has ironically never once shared a detail.

It's not a "yeah but trump" moment, it was simply an observation of the cognitive dissonance of people who demand from one but excuse another.

When Trump is in office I'll be wanting the same. He's not so this is all Obama.

I didn't vote for Trump because of his complete lack of details and he's an asshat. So again ****stain, you are barking up the wrong tree.

I'm pretty sure he wants to put tariffs on everything from China. If not commodities and goods, wth do you believe he is putting them on?

Obama should just enjoy his vacation and leave leadership to the next guy. He is a non-negotiable person who has created gridlock in congress and with every country in the world except Germany.

It will be commodities and goods, what else? Like I said, when he does it I'll see the results and make my own judgement. I personally don't think he will.

First. You may have experienced a closed head injury if you are legitimately expecting the CIA to reveal details that could jeopardize operational security.

Second. Don't front, most of the jock sniffing Trump supporters here would dismiss a hand written, personally signed and notarized confession note by Putin if it meant that Trumps legitimacy would somehow receive even the smallest amount of shade. Which was my point.

Third. Did you call me a ****stain? LOL.

First, the CIA, FBI, NSA ext could absolutely lay out sufficient proof without compromising operational security. Hell they could make an official statement and I would accept that but no official statement has been made except by Obama and his surrogates.

Second, without 1 iota of proof the Obama administration is bringing his successors legitimacy into question. Which in my opinion is the goal.

Third, yes I did.

Any shade any politician has actually earned, they should get.

In this world, all candidates pretty much have foreign powers "like" one over another. They Saudis openly gave $10 million to the Clinton Fund. I'm sure all the nations had favorites, and if they could "nudged" the electorate toward their favored candidate in however way they could under the table.

It could be anyone!

There's never been evidence of Russia doing anything aggressive, right?

Americans are supposed to believe this? Lol.

Show some REAL proof....Russia, Putin, Gucifer, USSR keywords wont cut it anymore...

The problem is you're demanding proof from a source you can't even define.

Can you qualify a source of "REAL" proof that you'd find acceptable? Otherwise, you're just barking at cars as they drive by.

First, I absolutely don't believe Russia tampered wit our elections. I'll need to see evidence to believe it. Thusly, I think it reckless for a US President to start throwing sanctions on Russia just to put balm on an election loss butt-hurt.

Secondly, this is an incredibly bad argument:

“I have no confidence that President Trump will bring about any sanctions on Russia. I’m more worried that he’s going to repeal the sanctions we already have than impose new ones,” Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, said this week. “So I think the administration ought to do what it’s going to do ASAP

"Trump will probably overturn sanctions against Russia when he takes office, so let's rush some sanctions against Russia before he takes office."

That's just stupid logic.
