He was lucky that he avoided jail 13 years ago. Not only is he a criminal, but his elevator does not go to the top floor. If I were him, I would have left the country long ago, and try to live a secluded life somewhere on the beach in a third world country. The media would never let him have any peace in America.

Agreed. He is not the sharpest knife in the drawer (that's a bad analogy) his elevator doesn't go all the way to the top, he's dumb as a box of rocks. Many more apply..
