It's hard for me to believe that Dooley would do that to any prospects. Obviously all the prospects have to qualify, but you need the last 4 spots to go to full qualifiers at this point. Your right on though, so I'll roll with it for now.

I think you mean an "academic" scholarship. That counts against the 25 limit.
