I wasn't received well when I came on here to talk a little game week smack, trying to prepare UT fans for what their team was up against. I said I would come back to say "I told you so" and that's all I'm doing. Me experience with Vol fans before and after the game was all positive, and I don't wish to create any animosity. There were three things I said would become obvious to the rest of the country in this game.

1. UF's offense has too many players for any defense to handle without turnovers. Keep in mind our most experienced and probably 2nd best receiver wasn't even in uniform.

2. Tebow is the real deal. It doesn't matter what defense he goes up against. With a decent OL and a few WRs, he's magic.

3. B. James is a freak as a returner. He'll never be a full-time RB or play in the NFL(I don't think anyhow) but his return skills are ridiculous. First step, vision, and then exploding at the right time, he's got it.

4. OK I said three but I forgot about this one - UF's defensive staff knows how to make it as difficult as possible for an opposing offense to run their gameplan. They played the run and gave up what they had to through the air. Great day by the UF defensive staff.

To all the UT fans saying you're going to go 2-9 and all that crap, I say you're out of your mind. The game was closer than the score indicated. A few plays here and there and it's a lot closer. Playing on the road in a tough stadium, that's all you can really ask for. The Ainge injury indirectly cased what most would call the "game changer" and that can't be ignored. I think on a neutral field UF still beats UT by 10, but on your turf, who knows.

Thanks for at least showing some class. I agree with you. A few plays here and there (Rodgers catching the ball in the first quarter and the fumble by Foster) and the game would have been different. FL was better at home and a lot of us tend to forget that we lost two two of them more explosive offenses and top-10 teams on the road. Good luck this season.

Also, I think James will play in the NFL. He could be a player who plays on special teams and acts as a third down back. An NFL team will definitely use his skills.
