Now that the Olympics are over: Dream team vs 2012 team

Even tho this team won gold, I still have to go with the dream team easily.

I think it would be pretty close, but id go with 92 because of Ewing and Robinson, they had more inside presence. And the 92 team was tough, they would beat this team up physically.

This team has better shooting and is more athletic.

Defensively, they are even. That defensive lineup of Chandler/LeBron/Iggy/Kobe/Paul is deadly. Of course Magic/Jordan/Scotty/Ewing/Robinson is pretty damn good.

Low post/rebounding, not even close, it's Dream Team and that gives them the edge. Love/Chandler would get abused, even if LeBron/Melo could guard Malone/Barkley.

Now, let's pretend everyone was healthy and willing to play for 2012:

PG- Paul/Rondo/Williams vs. Magic/Stockon
SG- Bryant/Wade/Rose vs. Jordan/Drexler/Mullin
F- Durant/James/Anthony/Bosh vs. Pippen/Bird/Barkley/Malone/Laettner
C- Howard/Chandler vs. Robinson/Ewing

Now that would be a hell of a team.

This team isn't as weak inside as people make them out to be. Love and Chandler are the 2 best rebounders and K only played them a combined 28 minutes against Spain, and 20 against Lithuania. Bad coaching, IMO.
