Malele and Mack should be good, but if I'm Mike Tepper, I'm a bit worried. His shoulder at LT could be a hindrance. With Xavier Mitchell and Ben Martin (in pass situations) over there, he could be in trouble.

Tepper was very solid at pass protection last year, his run blocking has a little to be desired. Last year he just didn't have that explosion off the ball you are looking for. I imagine he will be much improved this season though. Tedford has always been very high on the kid.

Forsett hits the hole faster than lynch did. He rarely goes for negative yardage. The one thing forsett really lacks (compared to lynch) is pass cathing ability and the ability to just run over people. I think we'll be able to do 4 ypc running behind gibson and smith. :dunno: Montgomery should be at least capable and Best is apparently looking fantastic in practice, though i expect you will only see best on kickoff returns. Tedford doesn't like playing freshman early.
