I thought it would be nice to get others' thoughts on this skill of Josh Richardson. Have you ever seen any other player take the ball to the opponent's basket in the open court faster than Josh? His speed dribbling down court totally amazes me.

John Wall, Westbrook, Rose, Jordan Clarkson (only cause I'm a Laker fan and watch them quite a bit, he's definitely faster) just to name a few. Those are obvious to me and I'm sure there's more but I can't come up with any off the top of my head.

Well, I guess this shows how much I know about basketball. Don't watch pro ball and have not really paid much attention to how fast someone dribbles in the open court until he stood out to me. Maybe I should have asked about his heart. Hope none of these are just answers to make me look bad. JMO on Josh. Guess most don't agree.

Russell Westbrook is the fastest I have personally seen. It is unreal how quick he can get up and down the court, the way he can drive in a draw the foul, and the quickest I have ever seen that can be running full speed and stop on a dime and hit a jumper.

Josh is great at getting the bull up and down quicbut no where near close to the fastest.

Josh has great speed and explosion in the open court, he's a great athlete. However, I'm certain I've seen many players with more speed handling the ball in the open court. While Josh is elite imo, the list of those that are/have been faster is long.

There's no way because Cuonzo would have had better guys coming in and kept a couple from transferring. Tyndall has done a better job than I thought, but Cuonzo would've had a season similar to his first year.

I've noticed many great qualities Josh has brought to the team this year, but his speed getting down court isn't one of them, I believe you can attribute his down court speed to not wanting to get sent home.
