Exactly .... about like the maintenance dept we had at the plant. One person on a ladder working while 10 people standing around watching what he's doing up on the ladder.

In the industry, you want to avoid having to move or dismantle cranes on Friday. After lunch, some of the crew have mentally checked out and they're waiting on 5 o'clock.
