The Fired Coach. Tennessee plays like a program reborn. His mini me loses to Richmond. His adopted son Greg Adkins spreads his suckitude to Syracuse. The guy he blamed for the loss of his job takes a team that was horrible last season and trucks Troy. John Chavis comes out and gives up almost 300 yards in the first half of his career as LSU's DC. I bet bigtime suitors are lining up.

Watching the careers of Failmer and his cronies burn to the ground is just too enjoyable for me to refrain from comment.

Washington is reminding me of UCLA last year. Its so funny, I just wish it didn't take so many years to get rid of him.

I only berate those clueless enough to think he's still a remotely competent coach. I mock the others. Keep it straight.

The Skoal Patrol is eating a gigantic slice of humble pie this morning as they plan their stradegy for when the Vols lose to uplift their hero "The Clapper".

It's amazing that the Bowling Green kids had no problems learning the complicated Clawfense, yet our team acted like we were teaching them nuclear physics in Chinese.

I cussed and loathed Randy Sanders for years. I cussed and loathed Dave Clawson last year.

Both were scapegoats for Fulmer. Sanders fell on the sword for the emperor. Clawson was simply thrown under the bus.

Looking back, most coaches would let a new OC bring his staff with him. Fulmer let Clawson bring 1 coach. His greasy fingerprints were all over this debacle.

Good luck Coach Clawson. I hope you have a great year/career.

Dude, now I know for sure you are completely detached from reality. From your constant bragging about your personal finances, to your belief the program is "reborn" with a win over what is arguably the worst program in Div I., you're just plain missing some stuff upstairs.

While I agree it was time for Fulmer and staff to go, I would wait 'till we actually play someone before I jump into the deep end.

For years I railed that it was NOT Johnny Ball. It was Fulmer Ball. I told everyone that before he was even the head coach.
