Non Lady Vol softball games today

At the end of the day, we have good at bats, put the ball in play, score some runs, and KP/Sage/Nuwer pitch their softball - I am 100% confident that we could bring it home. It’s truly a special group of girls all with their heads on right and that is going to get them so far.

I didn't much care about the first game of the day. But I'm thinking Nebraska is the most likely of the 8 teams that made the World Series to struggle to stay above .500 in conference next year.

Their team seems based on 4 or 5 players.... who are all gone. Gonna be tough to replace program staples, that's unless they have a monster transfer class but I'm not counting on it.

I can't even be mad at this point because I'm not surprised. I'm happy and proud they made it this far but the choke today shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. They were playing with house money making it this far in the first place. When they made it to the WCWS I expected 2-and-Q so how can I really be mad about making the semis?

TBH, after they lost to Ole Piss in the SECT for the 3rd time this season I expected them to not make it out of the regional. So I can't really complain about them finishing 3/4 in the country.
