Non-Lady Vol Basketball News 2023-24

True , but would Coach moore mess with team chemistry that way taking out one of his starters for a transfer ? Seems dicey , but he can pull it off Go for the gusto !
Kellie did when she benched Jordan and Tamari in favor of Walker and Keyen at the start of the season. Same with Brenda backfilling 2 starters with transfers instead of two players already on the team.

At the end of the day, the coach is gonna be more concerned with making the team better than catering to a player's bruised ego.

Officially time to update the year on the thread! Another has come and gone. Thanks everyone for bringing whatever it is you do to the Non-Lady Vol Thread!!! Already can’t wait for next season.

We saw women’s basketball grow in one of the toughest years ever. Next year promises lots of parity and drama with all of the roster changes. Former players/teammates/coaches will be facing one another almost every night.

Donor Darla Moore writes off USC after it fails to acknowledge her mother's death

South Carolina pissed off their largest donor ever and she’s done with them. Don’t blame her. She’s donated $75 million to the university and they couldn’t even send a sympathy card when her mother died. Nothing to do with the basketball program, but that’s a big hit in the pocket.

Have followed Darla’s career for years. She’s a tough cookie, kinda like a silent Dolly Parton with a mean streak. She has earned every penny she has and has been very generous with it. Not a good look for South Carolina.

That was with a 34 percent raise made like 390,000 this year for second in the country. So Arizona says we got to do something and got her out of Western Kentucky pay into Auburn and Clemson pay. Almost every coach in the SEC is raking in more than she is doing less with more in most cases.
