Why does the NCAA take back wins that were earned on the field? That is pretty lame. If NCAA rules were really important then you would see a loss of scholarships, bowl bans, and million dollar fines. That is the only way to get the attention of the cheaters.
I bet that the President of UA and the athletic director does not loose any sleep over such a slap on the wrist.
This according to the BOL. Take it FWIW.
So "officially" we won the 2007 Bama game!
Get out the cigars boys!! Hey Bama, we just "officially" beat the hell out of you! Ramma Jamma Yellow Hammer Go TO HELL ALABAMA!!!lol:
Under the NCAA's ruling, the lone victory that will stand for that season will be UA's Independence Bowl win over Colorado, UA's only win that season that came after the NCAA had reinstated the players, the source said. That would leave UA with an official mark of 1-12 for that year, although UA did win the Tennessee game without the players allegedly involved.
