You have to be a friend and a coach trust comes that way in my opinion.

I agree to some extent, you must have the trust of your players but you must also have their respect. I think Pearl thinks he is getting the right kind of respect when in fact he is not.

Bruce has to recruit a lot of players from the 'hood--that's where a lot of talent is located. Guns are part of their culture due to all the violence, drugs, gangs, etc.

practice like lazy wannabees... play like lazy wannabees... as it turns out... they are lazy wannabees.

congrats tyler... you got some real street cred now. but you better brush up on your gangsta skills... cuz your shot at nba millions is hanging by a thread.

morons.

pearl seems to be a great judge of character.

moron.

Your post is useless. I am sure Pearl would think you are the same.

10 players dismissed or suspended for off court incidents on pearls watch. afaik... only wingate was not his recruit.

he says he can't get his players to train, play D.. and he says he doesn't want to coach effort.

his players play street ball... no discipline on Off or Def. apparently they really are "street ballers"... and it shows.

please, someone defend carrying a gun with altered serial numbers. these guys are idiots... wannabe gangstas... throwing away the best opportunity they've yet been given in their lives... idiots.

under pearls watch in 4.5 years....

crews, ramar, then these four clowns... isn't there more? wingate was not his recruit so that one doesn't count.

pretty good track record.

You left out Passley. I guess Tabb falls in that category also even though he left "voluntarily".
