Anyone that demands moving on from Heupel next year after 8-4 (or frankly even 7-5) is crazy. That ‘26 schedule is a potential monster, and Heupel made significant coaching changes to better develop our program. So NO WAY would i want to let JH go and get into a bidding war while college football is in a state of massive uncertainty. In my mind he has made the best effort to improve staff and took big swings at highly ranked portal qb’s. He has bought much more time in my book.I would hazard to guess most on VN have suffered through two decades of mediocre, inconsistent football from our beloved Vols so what is one more year in the big picture? Roll with and develop G-Mac and Faizon next year. If JA comes back, let them battle it out.
I saw where that same judge denied 5 or 6 guys that were suing to get a redshirt - not sure what the circumstances of that case were though, but seemed like a shot in the dark.Did we ever get a ruling or not? Still waiting on some worthless judge to actually do something?
