I’m excited by a lot of the coaching changes at the position level, as well as for CKS (a new abbreviation!) to run things without our having to immediately sign someone to a multi-year contract. I know it’s going to be pretty ugh for a while as we take our lumps, but let’s see what this staff and team can do with a semi-clean slate.

Tell me if this is OT for the JayBird thread, but why do many posters seem to think that the compliance mess rules out Kiffin? I can understand resentment at how he left, but beyond that, what?

He skirted the grey areas so people are afraid he’d be trouble. IMO he won’t get in trouble as he keeps a lawyer on retainer to let him know how far is too far.
I think the guy is going to win big eventually and I love his enthusiasm.

I blew through almost the entire afternoon and evening trying to keep up with posts but still missed a lot. At one point I had two windows open, one on the FF and one on the Zone, and it wasn’t enough.

There’s fun and/or interesting stuff in the FF, but you sure have to wade through a lot of mouth-breather drivel to find it.

There was a whole organization of "escorts" for male athletes that got sent down the tubes after him if I remember correctly. Was actually a campus sanctioned group.
