Nike Jerseys Custom or No?

So looking around at Nike jerseys can any of you tell me the difference between the custom offering with unique name and numbers:

vs. the non named single number they decide each year, #16 a year ago, #98 this past year, and who knows what this year:

I find it interesting the custom jersey is cheaper considering they are custom order and would require extra effort to produce. Is the yearly selected number jersey (non custom) much higher quality than the custom one? In the pics, the orange looks better/different on the non custom. Anybody own one of the custom ones that can compare?

I think that the more expensive one has sewn on numbers and the other is heat applied graphics.

I like wearing Vols jerseys. That won't change. I have some old addidas jerseys I wear all the time.
