Nico Iamaleava predicted to play for Bill Belichick at North Carolina

Heard they shot him down too for some QB from South Alabama

This is an example of a narcissist that overplayed his cards.

Maybe if he shows up in that dress again in Pasadena, he can get some NIL money. You know those west coast people would love that

Not one dime. Why should we?
... It's a saying 🫤...
I don't literally think they would actually pay any admission or dollar amount for a shot to play across from Nico (since it has to be spelled out for you).
But if I were a former "teammate" who felt someone did my team and I dirty, I would relish the opportunity to both beat said former teammate and make them wish they hadn't done "us" dirty.
It's a competition with competitors, not a gentleman's club where everyone fakes taking the moral high ground. Having a chip on the shoulder, gives a little extra edge on the comp. Also, it's my ponderance to add to the discussion. Does that answer your question?

After giving up 2.4M, he will take 1.M? Makes you wonder yet again, why he left?
It shouldn't make anyone wonder anything.

His dad severely overestimated Nico's market value and tried to hold Tennessee hostage. The Iamaleavas appear to be very dumb people, and assumed Tennessee wouldn't say no. We did. Now he's stuck with a middling actual playing record and demands out of proportion to what he's proven on the field, and he's going to end up worse off.

Not really.

Still wonder why he didn't negotiate during the portal period instead of dealing with all the negativity now? Guess Nic was totally clueless about real negotiations and what negative backlash is like.
I truly think he believes they had us by the short and curly’s and that UT would back down and pay. FAFO. Severe miscalculation.
