No... there is nothing there to see... I say we take it to FL, Ohio, California, and all points in between! The fence has been extended to the whole country!

Add Wahington State to that list...We need Heaps next year!

Is Memphis considered part of Tennessee?

I dont think Memphis considers itself part of TN. Other schools have been raiding Memphis of its top talent in football and basketball for years. Coach O even said when he was Ole Miss that they considered Memphis a lock for them. Memphis is one of, if not THE top talent producing section of TN, so I think if the whole "fencing in the state" is to be taken seriously, Memphis HAS to be priority #1.

I believe Orgeron is our primary Memphis recruiter.

All I will say to Saban is: Good luck.

Except not, because I hate you, and I want you to go die in a fire.

Bama already has one commit from Memphis and 3-4 more are considered Bama leans. I think your coach did put up a fence around your state but he closed Bama inside with all the players he wishes to take.

Has anyone ever built a fence?

Is it done one post at a time or does the whole thing just magically appear completed?

Early to be talking about leans isn't it? As far as Memphis goes it will always be tough for us there, almost as if it was another state altogether. Troll here often?

Come back in 343 days on NSD 2010 and lets compare notes. I think Lance Thompson and Eddie Gran will have something to say about our ability to get alabama kids.

Never too early to talk about leans in recruiting. I don't see Thompson being that much of a threat to Bama kids. Eddie Gran was the classy hire you guys made and he is a straight up guy. BAMA will be to the point where they'll get who they want at home and you guys can fight the Barn and Troy for the rest.
