and don't play with Avon if you want someone that plays defense, unless playing at the blue line counts as defense

You guys have any scoring tips? I've never played a hockey game before...it seems really difficult to score...

Get comfortable with the skill stick. The position of your stick when you shoot is a big deal in this game. Generally, forehand shots are much more accurate than backhanders.

Also, it is critical that you use the left thumb stick to aim your shots. Basically, you aim your shots to the spot wear the goalie is not present. Do the shooting drill in practice mode over and over again until you get the feel for it.

Good skill sticking + aimed shot = Gooooooooaaaaaaaaaallllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Question: Do you Always flick the right stick straight up regardless of the positioning of your player or camera?

yes- which makes it weird to attack the bottom net.

We all use the "always up" option. Also, when playing on a team online, the best view is the Overhead or Ice view.

and even if you were boosted it wouldn't matter much because let's face it, bearcat isn't giving up the puck to anyone but himself, and maybe his lover mason

Ouch!!!! Well I am not playing of the forward line anymore, I had more fun playing D. So I think that you should try playing center and letting me play back for a while.

well i think i'm done with it for a while after last night. i love playing back on D but when 85% of the time i leave the D zone last to make sure we're clear and i don't even make it to our blue line before i have to turn around and try to make a play on someone cause we went in and crashed the net trying to poke one in again and they got a quick outlet, it gets old fast. everyone racing up all the time for a fast break gets really aggrivating.
