Neyland Stadium vs Titan's stadium

Anybody who has been to both able to give a noise comparison?

I took the wife to the bowl game last year and the stadium did not seem that loud. I have been talking up Neyland to her for 6 years when we where in OHIO and this is the first time we are going to Neyland.

Is it a little louder than Titan's stadium or alot louder?

It all depends on the game. However, if you are talking about two huge games for both teams Neyland is much louder.

Neyland is louder by far. Hopefully, this Saturday it will be the loudest place on the planet for a few hours.

I go to a lot of Titans games, and the Music City Bowl last year, was the loudest I have heard that stadium.

So Neyland by a mile.

The open endzones and 30,000 fewer people probably make a slight difference.

I've been in several stadiums and for as new as titan stadium is its a rust bucket!

I agree to neyland is much louder though it did get on up there at certain points at lp durin the bowl game

the coliseum is about a 6 or 7

neyland is an 11...at least when the fans are really into the game

Neyland by a long shot. UT grad and have literally had my ears ringing after a few games...(Arkansas 6 overtime for example)....also a Cowboys fan so I went to watch them play the Titans in Nashville...Cowboys fans seemed louder.

Good stadium though at LP field. Pretty nice. I always enjoy getting to check out new stadiums and other teams fields.

I took my son to his first college game last year (UT vs UF) at points in the game it was so loud I felt like my ears were bleeding. The whole third qrt was deafing. We went to see the Colts play the Titans in LP the year before, Neyland by a mile.

not sure on noise, but I would say neyland because of it being closed in... but I have sat in both upper levels and up within the last 10 rows on seperate occasions.... and at LP it feels if you are in orbit in the uppers.... I have north endzone row 3 for my seasons at neyland.... and after my now 3 trips in the rafters at LP field....I can easily say I feel like I am in the club section at LP when I am at my home in Neyland in XX3.

Agree, when 50,000 people stand up and cheer and the other 50,000 are sitting and yelling "down in front" to the ones standing it can get loud!

It really depends on where you sit and what game it is for just how loud it gets in Neyland. It isn't even close though when comparing the two Neyland in the right environment can cause you physical pain.

Neyland is for sure louder. LP can be rockin, but not like Neyland can.
