Tennessee has the largest size and capacity in the SEC, third-largest in the nation, and the sixth-largest in the world believe it or not.
The capacity of neyland is 102,455- which is 62,195 more than vanderbilts measly stadium.
The largest capacity in the nation belongs to Michigan at 109,901.
The second largest is penn state at 107,272.
With Tennessees new incredible facilities, I mean top-notch, best in the NCAA facilities, I believe recruits will start lining up. I know winning is what you all say would
Bring them in. True, but if other teams are winning as well, our facilities will be the tie breaker.

No, thats just how many seats they have. 'Seating capacity' is different than 'capacity'.

Yeah but you said seating in your first post. You also said Alabama has a larger "capacity". We have a larger capacity than Alabama

Tennessee Capacity: 102,455

Alabama Capacity: 101,821

Facts.:)

I wouldnt mind the stadium losing a little "capacity" in favor of better seating. Put bucket seats like they have in yy down in the lower bowl. If capacity goes from 102k to 100k so be it. I dont guess it really matters since i spend most of the time on my feet, but there is no realistic way a real mans ass fits in the space they say it should on the bleacher seats.

We need to play a home and home with michigan

...not that they'll really accept it, as their new setup leaves them with only 2 open/free games (due to Notre Dame and the new "play a PAC-12 team each year")

And it makes matters worse when you sit next to a whale that should have bought two tickets.
