How about a legit way to bump the numbers, put in another video board outside the stadium, say over gate 21 where they radio broadcast from. Have it playing hype videos or whatever before the game, then put the game on and count those who are watching there, probably at least 2 to 4k spread out, add in some concessions. They've got the same screen at the Loudon drive in, looks very good sitting that close.
That's pretty much what they did in the 80's- early 00's...count everyone within 1/4 mile of Neyland on gameday, Does anyone really believe there were 109,000 at the 2004 UF game? Not even close.
