Next week tells story on Vols

Jury is definitely still out, but I see us doing things fundamentally better this year that keeps me optimistic. Also, which team do you think has grown up most in this young season? Florida, who has played two cupcake games that's not equivalent to their own practices. Tennessee, who played a decent teams in Cal and AF with already being taken to the limit with with a possible let down. I feel the Vols will be much more seasoned next week than Florida, and some people will be surprised how well the Vols will play.

I don't think a loss next week necessarily means that we don't have a great team. You can't say the loser is bad. If we win, does that mean Florida sucks? Florida is going to be tough and a definite test, but we can't start wallowing in our sorrows if we lose one game to a top ten ranked team with a veteran qb and as much talent as any team in the SEC.

With that said, I plan on having a little gator-tail next week

I think "defensless, disjointed, and hanging-on-for-dear-life"is a bit much!! These boyz came to town to win a ballgame, they played hard, but lost. GO VOLS by god!!!

well, 1 cupcake. i'll take southern miss as a decent team. i still feel we will be much better prepared come this saturday.

I'm just glad we are playing at home. The crowd has to be into this one much like the Cal game. My voice is just now getting back to normal after the Cal game. Get loud and stay loud!

Verry good take, but a lot of adjustments will be needed on D. THIS WEEK NOT THREE WEEKS FROM NOW.
