I'm curious to see how Muslims hating Jews are faithfully following their scrptures.
It seems like that as long as Muslims have ruled certain lands that there would be no religious minorities in those lands if the scripture called for persecution. What am I missing?

I think its the general methodology that is wrong with some of that. mileage obviously depends on what prison system you are in; but I think the issue is that everyone starts with the baseline of having all that stuff.

I think bringing in some type of progression system would be better. Everyone starts at some level above solitary confinement, but below where we are today. then over time, like maybe 6 month periods, if you stay on good behavior, no drugs, no issues, you get some benefit. another 6 months you get something else. something that shows over time that good behavior is rewarded; and that you have to earn the perks. they should never be expected. and yeah you can lose them too.

I would also throw in for some of the best behaviors CC style classes that can fold into some co-op type work once you are out of prison. I think the fact that most people have zero options coming out of the prison system is part of the issue, I would also seal their record once they are out. once they have done the time they shouldn't be punished any more. maybe work in something with the behavior on that.

obviously there is a cap on how "good" things get, and some crimes should be kept from some options.
