CNN has stayed silent despite damning texts showing how host Chris Cuomo helped pen his brother Andrew's sex pest rebuttals and used sources to dig up dirt on accusers.

Bombshell documents released Monday by the New York Attorney General Letitia James's office show that he exchanged dozens of text messages with Andrew Cuomo's top aide, Melissa DeRosa, despite him telling investigators under oath that they had 'irregular contact'.

DailyMail.com asked CNN for comment, but the network has refused to comment.

Text messages released by Letitia James' office on Monday detailed Cuomo's role in his brother's public relations crisis as he told senior members of the governor's team, 'we are making mistakes we cant afford.' In one text, on March 3, he also asked DeRosa to 'please let me help with prep'.

Texts also revealed Cuomo used his connections to find out about accusers, telling DeRosa he had 'a lead on the wedding girl,' in reference to Anne Ruch, who told The New York Times the governor became 'aggressive toward her during a September 2019 wedding.

In a statement to DailyMail.com on Monday evening, CNN said: 'The thousands of pages of additional transcripts and exhibits that were released today by the NY Attorney General deserve a thorough review and consideration.

Text messages released Monday show that Cuomo reached out to the governor's chief of staff, Melissa DeRosa, after obtaining "a lead" on one of the alleged victims, Anna Ruch, who according to the network star "had been put up to" making the accusation by sinister forces. The CNN host also sought information about investigative journalist Ronan Farrow, who was working on a story about Cuomo's accusers, and relayed that to the governor's staff.

Among other things, CNN will have to determine if helping your politician brother smear the women accusing him of sexual harassment is a more serious journalistic offense than masturbating in front of one's colleagues on a Zoom call. The network's chief legal analyst, Jeffrey Toobin, was fired from his job at the New Yorker after pleasuring himself during an online work meeting in October 2020. I hate them both with a passion but anyone who thinks that a guy is not going to help his brother out when he gets in a jam, especially a couple of gumbadis, simply isnt dealing with reality.

So many things to take down Andrew with (thousands dead in nursing homes, etc)and they use some faked up metoo crud. All political bs, so of course lil bro is going to help big bro out.
