I was talking to my friend when I made a suggestion of a new way to try for the football program.
1. Take a bunch of older VFL’s and put them together to coach different positions without a head coach!
2. Find someone that can break down film and help them.
3. Pay them about 500,000 a year to do this, whoever they may be.
4. All of them stand on the sideline, one calling the defense and offensive plays on Saturdays.
5. If there is an old SP coach that is VFL, then bring him in.
6. Make sure they all agree on the game plans during the week, while practicing.
7. If it takes someone like Philip Fulmer helping out during the week, or someone like that then fine.
8. Let them develop each position player that these VFL’s will teach.
9. Put it all together
10. And let’s go out there and kick but...

PS! Let’s have two VFL’s together to pull the recruiting in!!

Or just hire Tee/Kiffin/Miles and surround them with a great staff and call it a day.

Wisconsin has 13 former players and or natives on their football staff. You want someone who is sold out for their school, that's your model.

Yep, and they are undefeated! So, I guess it works.

But, oh well! It’ll never be done here, because of an administration that is to stupid?

I got this. Head Coach Lottery. We all put our names in. They draw a coach per game from us "in the know" fans. $100,000 to the winners for coach of the week!

Sounds awesome except for the part of making sure they all agreed on the gameplan. It’s easy to say they are all VFL they would work together great, but the reality is they will all have their own visions.

Without someone to say yay or nay you’d end up with chaos. Wouldn’t even have to be a HC just a mediator to help them gel when the visions differ.
