Thx for rescuing all them...they are gorgeous!
People should go rescue pups in the pound. When I went, saw beautiful pups, including a Lab and a Staffordshire Bull pup (General Patton had one), and many others. Didn’t take them because figured someone else would. Our Max had run away from 3 previous homes, Honey had been brought in starving and was so scared we had to carry her to the car, and Leah looked like she might be part pit Bull but she’s really a Catahoula. All are sweet as can be. Pit bulls are precious pups and need good homes. We’ve had pure bred pups and rescue pups, All great.

Wonderful, love that. Did they all 3 get along right away?
Yes, absolutely love at first sight. We had 2 Lhasas who came when we called Itties, so I tried it for Max, Honey, and Leah, and it worked, they all came running when I called, Three! 🙂

We just had to put down our 21+ year old Rat Terrier a couple of weeks ago. My wife and I both cried like babies. We have another dog, a Schnocker I think. We adopted him from my stepson about 6 years ago, and he is a real joy to be around. My wife has already said something about adopting another fur baby, but I want to wait a little while before we do.

I know how that feels. Hope you rescue another soon. So many need a home, plus it’s good for your pup, he’ll be less lonesome when you’re gone, and he’ll be more active and healthy with another pup to play with.

What a beautiful dog........had a white/yellow lab for 14 years and when we lost her, 'bout broke me. Can't make myself git another.....

Somebody sent this to me at what was probably the dawn of the internet (94 or so for you youngsters) after my childhood dog passed

Over the years, I have found myself looking for it a few times as my best 4 legged buddies passed For some reason, always brought calm and wisdom to me at a difficult time.

Hard for me to read it without someone cutting onions in the room

I'm sure your pooch would feel the same.......

Swear to you if anybody ever started a board that was a cross between good dogs and Tennessee football, I would never get anything done.
