There has to be a real barber shop in Knoxville. Any recommendations? I need my ears lowered immediately.

Again, a real barber shop with a real barber. Not a "salon" with a "stylist." And not some "great clips" at the mall.

Definitely not a place with cheesy pictures of Sears catalog models you can point to for the stylist to attempt to duplicate on my gourd.

No place covered in ferns. One or two potted plants is the maximum acceptable amount of shrubbery, but only if the barber's spouse/child made him put it in the shop. :)

If you have some advice, I'd appreciate it ASAP.

Thanks in advance!

the barbershop in the western plaza shopping center off of kingston pike. don't mess with any other place in town, it is by far the best. they use a straight razor and warm shaving cream to clean up your neck...and the walls are covered with college team pennants.

don't go to Ben's Barber Shop down Chapman! Ben died and his buddy Wayne took over. He is old and smells of B/O. He is also racist about anyone and everyone.
