Are you planning on working with this one or is it just a run about sort of deal.

Come again?

I'm working on getting another 1987 200SX as a tuner car, I figure as long as both are working, I'll probably divy the time 50/50 between them. A smaller car is obviously more efficient, except I am responsible for carrying a lot of stuff/people around as well, so I need somethin' a bit bigger to do the trick.

Speaking of project cars, after much grease monkeying over the 3-day weekend I am declaring the death of my '88 Vanden Plas. It'll start up fine but after it runs awhile (at idle or driving) it starts to sputter. It will continue to run but the sputter continues and you cannot get any power. The car has numerous other issues (brakes, suspension, electric) which I was considering having repaired if I could figure out the engine problem. I got a few good years out of it but it's been in park for most of the past year and a half. Now I have to decide whether I want to donate it for a charity tax voucher or strip the parts and pay someone to haul off the hulk.

Milo, that is what I was getting at. I had the idea in my head the cars are kind of your hobby and I was wondering what you had planned for a SUV. Then, I figured you live in Oregon so there is a lot you can do with a SUV. No worries.

I had a project car. A '79 Ford Bronco. Wrecked in the snow my senior year of high school

Word. We've been getting spots of torrential downpour over the last few days, it's pretty fun to plow through all the giant puddles/miniature lakes on the streets and highways.
